3. Treasurer Report: Carol Bullard has decided to step down as treasurer, Darlene has been asked to take this position, she has accepted. See Darlene for treasurer report. Motion made by Jackie Smith, 2nd Dave, passed.
4. Secretary Report: Gwen Nichols: Sent them out on email, and passed out at the meeting. Motion made by Darlene Kimsey, 2nd by Jackie Smith, passed.
1. South Piedmont Chapter: Shaggy needs to get up with them. They haven’t closed their closed or turned in their charter.
2. External Hard Drive: We have the go ahead on the external hard drive.
1. Spoker Run: 8th Year, Davidson is hosting it this year. Send out flyers. Motion made by Dave, 2nd Mike Mohan putting an insert in Full Throttle, advertising the Spoker Run, passed.
2. Easyrider Bike Show: Shaggy needs volunteers. This event is next weekend January 21st & 22nd. Shaggy does not have any more free tickets. Shaggy is passing around a signup sheet.
