CBA/ABATE of NC Points Program
|
A) All CBA /ABATE of NC members eligible to participate. B) Each 10 points worth $1. C) Points can be used for any state CBA /ABATE of NC merchandise, membership dues, etc. Points may be honored by chapters for their functions, but not required. D) Points must be submitted by chapter president, committee chair, or CBA /ABATE of NC BOD member, with members name, activity performed, and date of activity. E) Points to be compiled by CBA /ABATE of NC State 2nd Vice President. F) For every 100 points accumulated, a points coupon will be issued to recipient and those points accumulated will then be removed from database. G) When coupon is redeemed for CBA /ABATE of NC products or services, it will be treated as cash payment by CBA /ABATE of NC State Treasurer, but coupon itself cannot be redeemed for cash. H) Points categories can be added or removed by CBA /ABATE of NC BOD as needed I) Points issued for: 1) MSAP program activities a) MSAP instructor training – 5 points B) MSAP coordinator certification – 10 points (schedule made and minimum 3 classes taught by group) C) Each MSAP class taught by instructor – 5 points (verified by coordinator) 2) Work membership booth at event (minimum 3 hours) - 5 points 3) Attend CBA /ABATE of NC Continuing Education event – 10 points (must sign attendance roster) 4) Attend CBA /ABATE of NC Committee Meeting Day – 5 points (must attend only one entire committee meeting & sign roster, max. 5 points for the day) 5) Meet with elected representative(s) or staff at legislative bldg. – 20 points per trip 6) Sign up new member – 1 point per member signed 7) Minimum $25 contribution to NC BikePAC – 5 points (receipt required) 8) MRF membership – 5 points (membership card required, 5 points per year max) 9) AMA membership – 5 points (membership card required, 5 points per year max) 10) Attend beginner rider or experienced rider course – 5 points per class (max. 1 of each class in year, passing certificate required)6 11) Sell annual ad for CBA /ABATE of NC state newsletter – 10 points (points for each ad, no limit) 12) Sell CBA /ABATE Sustaining Membership – 5 points for Bronze level; 10 points for Silver level; 15 points for Gold level; 20 points for Platinum level: (points for each sustaining membership sold, no limit) 13) Register for and attend a non- CBA /ABATE of NC regional or national educational conference such as NCOM or MRF convention – 10 points |
