you should benefit from those who have by requesting tickets. Political
fundraising is serious business please dont take personal advantage of it.
GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING FUNDRAISER TICKETS
We cannot reimburse for tickets purchased by individuals. NC BikePAC checks are
only made out to the campaign committees. We cannot be frivolous with our
limited resources. The following schedule is a guide to determine the number of
tickets we will purchase to various fundraisers.

Discretion of PAC
These are only guidelines. In cases where requests for tickets exceed
recommended guidelines, purchases will be made at the discretion of the PAC. Be
prepared to convince us.
GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTING CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS
BikePAC will make contributions to individual running for state legislature
only
BikePAC does not contribute to local or federal campaigns.
BikePAC will not make contributions to third party candidates.
ORDER OF PRIORITY FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS
1. State legislators in leadership positions
2. State legislators who have introduced or co-sponsored motorcycle friendly
legislation.
3. State legislators who voted in the affirmative on said legislation.
4. Uncommitted or new legislators who could be swing votes.
5. Challengers to legislators who have opposed our legislative agenda.
6. All Others
